"I am thrilled to be able to provide 1031 exchange assistance to companies and individuals who want to avoid capital gains tax when selling their property. Good expertise on the exchange process is difficult to find and I enjoy putting my law degree to work in this interesting field. What sets us apart is expertise and knowledge of the exchange process. Exchange work all that we do. On a daily basis we address questions from customers regarding the exchange process and how the exchange rules may affect how they handle their particular property. We handle typical forward exchanges and more complex reverse exchanges.”
