"I am thrilled to be able to provide 1031 exchange assistance to companies and individuals who want to avoid capital gains tax when selling their property. Good expertise on the exchange process is difficult to find and I enjoy putting my law degree to work in this interesting field. I also enjoy working in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Gain Exchange Company is a great intermediary company since we know how the local closing process works. Many national exchange companies are not familiar with the local closing process. We also focus on exchanges which many small companies that offer exchanges don't do. I was raised near Madison, Wisconsin and attended high school and college in the Green Bay area. I have lived for a number of years in the Twin Cities Minnesota area during and after law school at Hamline University School of Law." - Patrick
